Terms and Conditions for the Advent Calendar Giveaway
Organizer:The contest is organized by Erste Sonderbox GmbH, St.-Antonius-Straße 1, 79793 Wutöschingen, Germany. The contest is not affiliated with any third parties and is not sponsored, supported, or organized by any third parties in any way.
Eligibility:Participation is open to individuals residing in Europe and who are at least 18 years old. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation. Participation Period: The contest begins on 12.08.23 and ends on 30.11.23.
How to Enter:Purchasing an Advent calendar during the entry period qualifies for participation in the contest. Three Advent calendars will contain a golden ticket that designates the winner. Prizes and Prize Distribution: There are three prizes, and for each prize, there will be one winner:
A Fiat 500 Hybrid (to be collected and transferred by the winner in Waldshut-Tiengen; if the winner resides abroad, they must arrange for the transfer abroad)
A PlayStation 5
A Nintendo Switch Cash payment of the prizes, exchange, or transfer to third parties are excluded.
Winner Selection:The winners are the individuals who find the golden tickets in the Advent calendars. The winner must contact the organizer by 31.01.24 at the latest to claim the prize.
Winner Declaration:In the winner declaration, the winner agrees to provide the operator with suitable images/videos showing the winner with the prize. Additionally, the winner authorizes the operator to use the material.
Data Protection:By participating in the contest, participants agree that their personal data may be stored and processed for the purpose of conducting and processing the contest. For further details, please refer to the privacy policy atvernaschediewelt.com.
Disclaimer:The organizer is not liable for damages that may arise from errors, delays, or interruptions in transmission, technical malfunctions, and service disruptions, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses, or in any other way in connection with participation in the contest, unless such damages are intentionally or grossly negligent by the organizer (its organs, employees, or agents).
Final Provisions:The legal recourse is excluded. Should individual provisions of these terms of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms of participation shall remain unaffected thereby. German law applies. Subject to change and errors.
